Brongwyn Touring Caravan and Camping Park
We want all our guests to have an enjoyable and safe stay with us, so we ask you to read our Terms and Conditions before commencement of your holiday
Pitch Reservations are conditional on your agreement to accept and adhere to these regulations and to any rules for the use of facilities at Brongwyn, and to ensure that all members of your party do so also.
Admission. We reserve the right to refuse admission,
A non refundable deposit of £25% of your holiday (or full amount if booking is made within 28 days of arrival ) is required when making a pitch reservation. The balance of your holiday is required 28 days before arrival. Payments are made with us directly by bank transfer.
Arrival is from 2.00 p.m. Our reception office is closed, so when you make your reservation we will send you your pitch number and arrival instructions by email so you can just go straight to your pitch. We cannot guarantee specific pitch location. The play area is available for children to use and games room is open but reception and all other public facilities (pool, Bistro, salon etc) will remain closed
The toilets and hot showers are free for guests to use - we have a keycode so that we give to to guests prior to arrival - and we ask everyone to leave the facilities clean and make sure the door is closed after using . The facilities are checked regularly but we ask guests to let us know if there are any problems
The laundry room has washing machines and tumble dryers available (paid through a coin meter)
Unless prior arrangements have been made, pitches must be occupied by 6.00 p.m. on the day reservation commences, otherwise the booking will be considered cancelled and all monies forfeited. If you anticipate a late arrival, please telephone before 6.00 p.m. to let us know.
Departure. Please vacate your pitch by 11.00 a.m. on your departure day
Cancellations by you. If you cancel the holiday any monies paid in advance are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather, or if you decide to depart prior to the end of your booked holiday. We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance policy
Cancellation by us If we are unable to provide the booked holiday and have to cancel before the holiday is due to start; you are entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid,
Children: Brongwyn’s landscape includes trees and water features. Parents / guardians are responsible for and must supervise children at all times and in all areas of the park and facilities so they do not cause damage to property or become a nuisance or a danger to themselves or other people.
Speed limit on the park is 5mph.
Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times and must not cause a nuisance or a danger to other visitors. Dog owners are responsible for the immediate clearing and hygienic disposal of any fouling. Anyone not doing so will be asked to leave the park.
Fires and barbeques No open fires. Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground so they do not burn the grass and should be sited, attended to and any debris / embers disposed of safely so that they are not a hazard to other campers.
Noise and Behavior Brongwyn is a quiet camp site. We aim to provide a relaxing experience for our guests. To avoid problems that excessive noise could cause for park guests, televisions, musical instruments, audio equipment etc. should be used with consideration for other campers during the day, and should not be audible between 11.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m., when quiet should prevail throughout the park. We will not accept loud, offensive language, disruptive or anti-social behavior at any time. Anyone found to be causing willful damage or a nuisance, or who do not respect the terms and conditions of staying here will be charged for any damage they have caused and may be required to leave the park immediately without any refund or compensation. The proprietors' decision as to what constitutes a nuisance is final
Liability All vehicles, tents, caravans and their contents are left at your own risk. The park proprietors will not accept responsibility for any accident, personal injury, inconvenience, loss or damage sustained at Brongwyn, however caused. The proprietors reserve the right to withdraw or alter any site facilities in the event of an emergency or other good reason
Group Bookings Brongwyn is a small, family park. Group bookings may be considered subject to prior arrangement but we reserve the right to exercise discretion in this matter.
Aqua Serena: Our indoor pool, sauna, steam- room , salon, gym and bistro are CLOSED until further notice.
