Terms & Conditions - Holiday Cottages
4our deposit payment and reservation is taken as acceptance of these Terms and Condition
* Once we have accepted your booking request, we will hold your provisional booking for 48 hours pending receipt of your completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking value (or full amount if booked within 4 weeks of holiday commencing). The balance is payable 4 weeks before commencement of your holiday (if not received, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and re-let the accommodation). Once the booking has been confirmed, you are liable for the full rental. In the event of a cancellation, if we are able to re-let the cottage, the non-refundable deposit of 25% will be retained but we will return any other monies you have paid, less any handling charge and late availability discount which we may have offered to try and re-let the property.
*We strongly advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance
* If for any reason beyond our control we are forced to cancel your booking, we will refund to you in full all monies paid but we will not pay any further compensation.
* Please phone us to pay by Bank Transfer.
* Your Cottage will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. If you are arriving after 6pm please let us know in advance.
* Pets are not permitted at Brongwyn Cottages (except assistance dogs in Dairy or Bramble Cottage).
* All cottages and public buildings are "No Smoking" We provide ashtrays for guests who would like to smoke on the patios outside their cottage.
* Cottages are let and furnished for the number of people specified on the website and extra persons cannot be accommodated. Only persons named on the booking form may occupy and use the cottage. If this condition is breached, we reserve the right to terminate hire without notice and without refund
* When you rent one of our cottages, you agree to take proper care of the property and contents during your stay, to inform us of any problems with the facilities as soon as they become apparent, and to leave the cottage in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of your holiday as when you arrived. During your stay, you are responsible to notify us and pay for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or any member of your party to the property or its equipment or facilities at Brongwyn. We reserve the right to access the cottage at any reasonable time if necessary for safety reasons or to carry out urgent maintenance
* For safety and maximum enjoyment throughout your stay, parents are responsible for the supervision of their children while staying at Brongwyn, both inside the cottage and in the areas and ancillary buildings around the property which include the respectful use of swimming pool, changing areas, children’s playground, games room, ponds and water-ways, gardens, woodland walk, and areas used by cars and/or machinery; and to ensure that their children do not disturb other guests.
* Our indoor pool, sauna, steam- room , salon, gym and bistro are closed until further notice.
* We do not accept responsibility for accidents or personal injury to guests - or inconvenience, loss or damage sustained at Brongwyn, however caused. Your personal belongings (cars, contents, boats, trailers, cycles, luggage etc. and personal items) remain your responsibility at all times.
* We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any facilities in the event of an emergency, or other good reason, and to amend our terms should the need arise.
