Brongwyn Holiday Cottages

Booking  Procedure and Conditions

If you would like to visit us, please telephone 0044 (0) 1239 613644 to confirm availability, and we will provisionally reserve your holiday for you.  The booking will be held for seven days, pending receipt of your completed booking form and deposit.

A non-returnable deposit of 25% of total amount is required when making reservations (or full amount if booked within 21 days of holiday commencing), to be accompanied by completed booking form.  Once the booking has been confirmed, you are liable for the full rental in the event of a cancellation.  We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance

Balance of rental is due on or before 21 days of commencement of holiday (if not received, we reserve the right to retain the deposit and re-let the accommodation).

The number in the party must not exceed the number stated on the booking form. Only persons named on the booking form may occupy and use the cottage.

From April 2008 all cottages will be "No Smoking". Ashtrays will be provided for guests who would like to smoke on the patios outside their cottage

Damage or breakage to the accommodation or equipment must be reported and paid for. Visitors are expected to use the cottage with care and are fully responsible and liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents.

Well-behaved children are welcome. For safety and maximum enjoyment throughout your stay, parents are responsible for and must supervise children and babies at all times. The cottages, gardens, ponds and water-ways, play areas and areas used by cars and/or machinery must be treated with respect. Parents must ensure that their children do not disturb others, cause damage to trees or flowers, or harm livestock.

Pets. One small, well-behaved dog allowed in certain cottages by prior arrangement only (please see cottage prices for charge). Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage and must be kept on a lead at all times when outside, they are not allowed in bedrooms or on the furniture and must have their own bedding. Pet owners are responsible for the clearing and hygienic disposal of any dog fouling whilst at Brongwyn and are expected to make sure that the cottage is left in a clean and tidy at the end of the holiday

Spa Membership. Adult occupiers of Brongwyn Cottages will be extended temporary membership to Aqua Serena Spa for the duration of their stay including use of swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness area. This is conditional on agreement to accept and adhere to the safety code and conditions for entry, behaviour, dress, use of the facilities and supervision of children.  (Acceptance form will be available on arrival.)

Liability. We do not accept responsibility for accidents or personal injury to customers, or inconvenience, loss or damage sustained at Brongwyn Mawr, however caused. Cars, contents, boats, trailers, cycles, luggage etc. and personal items are left at owner's risk.

We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any facilities in the event of an emergency, or other good reason, and to amend our terms should the need arise.

Cottages are available for occupation from 4.00 p.m  on arrival date,  and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on departure date
